433MHz Wireless Triggering
The TT520III features a built-in wireless flash receiver, which uses the 433MHz frequency band. This provides you with a more stable and dependable connection, and is less susceptible to RF interference than the more popular 2.4GHz band, which can be affected by other wireless devices Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, etc. When paired with the included RT transmitter, the TT520III has access to 16 channels for simple and reliable off-camera flash synchronisation.
Easy & Precise Power Control
Powered By AA Batteries
The TT520III can be powered by either 4x AA Alkaline batteries or 4x AA rechargeable NiMH batteries (recommended). This enables you to have multiple batteries on standby, or run to a local convenience store and pick up extra batteries in an emergency. It can deliver up to 400 full-power flashes (with rechargeable AA NiMH batteries).

With a Guide Number of 33m at ISO 100, the TT520II speedlite packs a lot of punch for its compact size. With recycle times of approximately 1.8 seconds and flash durations of between 1/510 to 1/31,000 of a second, the TT520III ensures that you can capture the perfect image every time.
Multiple Triggering Modes
The TT520III gives you access to multiple triggering modes to best suit your photography needs. You can either use it as an on-camera flash, trigger it with the included RT 433MHz transmitter, or take advantage of the S1/S2 optical sync modes. It also features a PC sync port for a wired connection or for use with older, legacy camera systems.
Universal Single-Pin Hotshoe
The TT520III features a universal single-contact hotshoe, making it compatible with virtually any camera with a hot shoe. Whether you’re shooting with Canon, Sony, Nikon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Olympus, or any other camera system, the TT520III can be seamlessly used with either system. (Please refer to the compatibility table below for known exceptions.)
Adjustable Flash Head
The TT520III’s flash head can be rotated horizontally from 0° to 330°, nd can be tilted vertically from –7° to 120°. This enables you to angle the head of the flashing in virtually any direction. Whether you want to bounce the flash from a wall or ceiling, or get that direct-flash look, the TT520III will enable you to add that dynamic edge to your photography.
Integrated Bounce-Card And Wide-Angle Diffuser
With its built-in bounce card, the TT520III speedlite enables you to bounce that extra splash of light into the eyes of your subject, adding life and vitality to your portraiture. It also features an integrated, pull-out wide-angle diffuser, which spreads the light over a wider area for more natural-looking illumination.
Virtually Limitless Creative Possibilities
When paired with optional S-R1 or S-R2 round head adapters, the TT520III can take advantage of all of the magnetic round-head modifiers that are available in the AK-R1 accessory kit. When paired with the S2 Smart S-Type bracket, the TT520II speedlite can be used together with virtually any Bowens S-Type fitting modifier, including flash reflectors, softboxes and beauty dishes.
