Viltrox EF-R3 Speed Booster Lens Adapter for Canon EF-Mount to RF Cameras

Description

The EF-R3 Lens Adapter is a speedbooster from Viltrox that connects Canon EF-mount lenses to a Canon RF-mount camera and select cine bodies. It has such features as a 0.71x optical multiplier built into it, autofocus, image stabilization, support for electronic communication between the camera and lens as well as Exif data transfer. However, the maximum focusing distance in some of the lenses can be affected as the distance from the lens to the camera’s sensor is slightly changed, and there is a 1-stop increase for the camera over the lens’s aperture range. Additionally, the functions of some lenses are not fully available depending on the camera body. A micro-USB Port is provided for firmware upgrades, and the adapter features a removable foot with a 1/4″-20 tripod socket for easy mounting.
