Keep the product in its original packaging along with all documents confirming the purchase and refund. You will need this for further communication with the seller and the payment system.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery within Nairobi typically takes 1–2 hours. Orders outside Nairobi may take 1–2 days depending on the location

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available within Nairobi and selected areas. For upcountry deliveries, full payment may be required before dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can assist with changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for most items, as long as the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Some items like memory cards, batteries, and cables are non-returnable unless defective.

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Batteries, memory cards, and opened packaging

  • Clearance or marked-down items

  • Items returned after the 7-day period

Please contact us immediately with a photo/video of the issue. If confirmed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
